Rent is the association’s main source of income and pays for all of the essential services provided to our members.

Rents are reviewed annually in accordance with the our rent setting policy. All registered social landlords are required by law to consult tenants about any proposed rent increase.

The association is committed to ensuring that rents charged are affordable to members and prospective members whilst generating enough income to deliver services and to meet future planned expenditure.

The rent is due in advance on 28th day of each month. It is a condition of your tenancy agreement that rent is paid in full and on time.
